This particular Chisel is an upsized version of the conventional shape. It has narrow tailbox and tight set thruster setup to ensure playfulness when working through turns. It is a great travel board, that can handle good size, and a wide variety of conditions. The intended surfer for this board is one who enjoys a relaxed rocker, paddle power, and an easy entry on the smaller days, but struggles to identify the mini step-up board for the larger and more aggressive conditions. This board is best for point breaks and reef breaks. As it holds a few pounds on its toxic-foam alternatives, it can barge its way through chop and wind effortlessly.
